The Pink-4-Ever, Inc. (P4E) Junior Ambassadors Initiative is designed to utilize enthusiastic, knowledgeable and motivated P4E advocates to positively promote the organization. Ambassadors assist in initiative recruitment and represent P4E at various functions in their schools and communities. As the faces of P4E, Junior Ambassadors agree to support the organization’s mission and fulfill P4E’s values and principles by adhering to all standards presented in the Student Ambassador Handbook. These young P4E advocates assist in keeping P4E exemplary, by helping to identify opportunities to engage with youth and community.

Junior Ambassadors serve as an essential component to P4E’s marketing and outreach efforts. To help meet initiative goals, Junior Ambassadors’ have the following responsibilities that include but are not limited to:
- ASSIST in coordinating P4E promotion at school
- REFER individuals to P4E initiatives and services
- SHARE P4E opportunities via social media, school newsletters, and presentations
- Other duties as assigned

VOLUNTEER WORK
Pink-4-Ever, Inc. is seeking individuals interested in working with us towards our mission of empowermet, education and support of the Breast Cancer Community. Board and committee members' diverse experience and knowledge will help guide the organization as we continue to fund innovative breast education initiatives.
COMMUNITY AMBASSADOR
Support the efforts of Pink-4-Ever within a specific community, for example, by distributing event posters or delivering merchandise.
ADMINISTRATION
Work in office several hours per week. Help with staffing the office, answering telephone inquiries, mailings, and database maintenance.
TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT
Assist staff with setup, maintenance, and use of hardware and software, including computer and telephone systems.
FUNDRAISING
Assist staff with events such as 4-Ever Sunday's, as well as working with community organizations organizing 3rd party events to benefit Pink-4-Ever.
EVENT PLANNING COMMITTEE
Coordinators are needed in several areas, including Children's Programs, Entertainment, Sponsor Recruitment, and Volunteer Coordination.
EDUCATION/ COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Assist with coordinating the supply of educational materials, representing the organization at community health fairs or special events, and working on special mission-oriented projects.
SURVIVOR PROGRAMS
Assist in organizing and implementation of events and programs to support and celebrate breast cancer survivors.
PUBLIC RELATIONS/ COMMUNICATIONS
Assist staff in spreading the Pink-4-Ever message by helping to write and distribute press releases, newsletter articles, and working with the media.
FINANCE
Assist organization treasurer in managing our organizational finances in an efficient and effective manner.

Administrative Coordinator
Pink-4-Ever, Inc. is dedicated to reducing breast cancer disparities, in the community, through empowerment, education and support. We are committed to stand as one body, to ultimately create a movement, within our communities, to take control of our health care.
Pink-4-Ever, Inc. an Indianapolis-based, non-profit organization that works to provide resources, support and financial assistance to low-income women and men who are in active treatment for breast cancer, is seeking two (2) volunteer Administrative Coordinators for our northwest Indianapolis office.
Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Limited To
• Help maintain regular office hours (flexible hours available)
• Answer incoming calls relative to screening assistance, emergency financial assistance and general questions about the organization.
• Maintain Pink’s calendar of events
• Prepare correspondence relative to donations, speaking engagements, health fairs, appearances, etc.
• Prepare and handle all social media updates
• Special administrative tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements and Preferences
• MUST be 18 years of age
• MUST be able to work independently and efficiently
• MUST be professional and courteous
• Ability to work 10 – 15 hours per week
• Breast Cancer survivors encouraged to apply
