Free 8-week program for cancer survivors, with sessions on exercise, stress reduction, healthy eating and lifestyle habits, confidence building strategies and emotional support.

MOVE

Multidisciplinary Oncology Vitality and Exercise (MOVE) is a free program providing a personalized exercise plan and expert trainer to help survivors during and after breast cancer treatment, especially with combating fatigue.
