Partnership Event

What is a Partnership Event? A Partnership Event can be anything from a luncheon to a garage sale. But all Partnership Events have one thing in common: they are designed to raise awareness and funds for Pink-4-Ever.

You organize the event. We'll supply you with materials about the organization and customize items to raffle off or give away. And, for your efforts, you'll receive a Certificate of Participation.

If you would like to organize a Partnership Event with Pink-4-Ever, please review our partnership guidelines. If you think your event qualifies, fill out a partnership form and either email it to fundraising@pink-4-ever.org or fax it to (317) 682-4944. If you have any questions, please call us at (317) 682-4944 Ext. 103.

Here are some ideas to help you plan the next event to raise money for Pink-4-Ever and its work to save lives and end breast cancer.

  • Athletic Activities—Are you training for an upcoming race or for your first triathlon? Do you enjoy yoga? Why not help us raise money for breast cancer while you run, bike, swim, or enjoy the coming effects of yoga? Tell your friends, family members, and coworkers about Pink-4-Ever and ask them to sponsor you in your activity by making a donation to Pink-4-Ever. Or talk to your favorite yoga instructor about donating proceeds from a Saturday morning class to Pink-4-Ever. That yoga routine will feel even better if you know it's helping to end breast cancer!
  • Garage Sale—Talk to your neighbors and organize a neighborhood -garage sale. Advertise widely and let everyone know that the proceeds from the day's sales are going to Pink-4-Ever and its outreach and assistance programs. At the end of the day, you'll have more space in your house—and have helped to increase the survival rate. Don't forget to sell lemonade and cookies, too!
  • Dining Event —Tell your favorite restaurant you want to host a brunch/lunch/dinner to benefit Pink-4-Ever. Many restaurants will do a pre-fix menu and host you in a private dining space. Add $20.00 or more on to the price of the meal (make sure you've already accounted for tax and tip), and let your friends and family members know they'll not only be enjoying a great meal and fabulous conversation, but raising money to fight breast cancer!
  • Jewelry & Accessories/Arts & Crafts/Trunk Show—Do you or your friends design jewelry or accessories? Are you or your friends artists? Fashion designers? Know someone who is? Host a show at your home or a local gallery, and let everyone know that a portion of the sales made that day will go to Pink-4-Ever, Inc. and its fight to end breast cancer and increase awareness. It's a great excuse to shop!

These are just some ideas. Be creative and help us save lives and end breast cancer forever.
